For questions or comments that contain confidential or sensitive information (member number, Social Security Number, etc.), please send via secure email. To send a secure email, click on the “Message Center" widget (you may need to click More to find Message Center, depending on how you have personalized your dashboard) while logged into your online banking. From the Message Center select Compose. Select a subject from the dropdown, the account your question is associated with, then enter your question in the message box and submit it. Your question will be answered during normal business hours.
