Specialty Accounts

SEFCU offers a variety of specialty accounts. If you are looking to open one of these accounts please bring all the documents under the checklist with you to your nearest SEFCU branch.

Estate Account

  • Membership Application
  • Valid Identification (required for all persons)
  • Letters of Testamentary or of Administration
  • IRS EIN Assignment Letter

 Trust (Irrevocable, Revocable, Burial)

Rep Payee

  • Membership Application
  • Valid Identification (required for all persons)
  • Rep Payee Assignment Letter from Federal Agency

UTMA

 

Guardian 

  • Membership Application
  • Valid Identification (required for all persons)
  • Original Written Court Order; naming the Guardian, Beneficiary and terms of agreement

Campaign

Donation

  • Donation Account Application
  • Valid Identification (required for all persons)
  • IRS EIN Assignment Letter
  • Document Substantiating Account (memorial, medical expenses, property loss, etc.)
